I have met different types of people in the past. I thought some of them to be real friends but turned out otherwise.In my dealings with other people, I always remember my father's advice that "we are not at liberty to choose our family members and relatives but we could definitely choose good friends."
That is the very reason why I don't make friends very easily. I observe the people I meet and check who are those I could trust and get along well. The moment I sensed that someone is not a very good influence, I turn away from them.
