This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Carmex. All opinions are 100% mine.
I've always been a huge fan of the Carmex lip products, so when the new healing cream was available with a register reward at Walgreen's, I jumped on the chance to try it. I had been having terrible problems with dry skin on my feet after a summer of wearing sandals, and I was really eager to give this new healing cream a shot. The healing cream is quite thick, and the package says to use it sparingly - this is quite true, and I found that a little bit went a long way. I love the texture of this cream. It doesn't feel overly greasy to me, and it soaked right into my skin. It didn't leave any greasy or sticky residue, which is a really major pet peeve of mine when it comes to moisturizers and lotions. Even when I use it on my hands, it just soaks right into my skin.
I noticed a difference in my dry feet within about two days of putting the cream on at night before bed. Given that I had tried a ton of different products and none of them were helping, I'm quite impressed.
The one caveat that I would give is that it does smell pretty much exactly like the Carmex lip products, so if that scent doesn't appeal to you, you won't like the smell of this cream.
Did I tell you they both retail for only $5.99? I encourage my readers to also try out the NEW Carmex Healing Lotion and Carmex Healing Cream. Right now, Carmex has a cool contest going on their Facebook page if you "like" them so take a moment and enter to win some great winter products!
