Learning from experience

I would like to share my thoughts to be successful in life.

Always I strongly believe experience teaches us many things, how manage, how to think alternate options, how to come out of such a situation. Other way round practice makes man perfect, yes again practice in other terms can be equivated to experience.

Simple concept, why to companies pay high for experienced employee than a fresher.
Quiet simple, experience brings our good acceptable output from the employee.
Maturity and correctness will increase as the experience increases.

Again, experience alone can’t bring success but its key factor along with hard work and focused goal.

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Socialspark_small
Similar to most people these days, it's frustrating to find a way to earn a little extra income. Today while I was surfing the Internet I came across a blog post for SocialSpark.com. So, I immediately went to SocialSpark.com to check it out. From what I had read already this looked like something I would be fascinated in. This seemed wonderful to me. I set up an account in just a few short minutes.

SocialSpark is a “sponsored” post site where you sign up for free, verify your blog, and then start sifting through opportunities for posting on your blog for whatever payment you and the sponsors have agreed on. With SocialSpark you are able to reserve opportunities that you qualify for. Since most people cannot really sit at the computer all day and watch for opportunities to pop-up, you can be put in the queue once you find one you like. When it is your turn SocialSpark will e-mail you and from that point you have 12 hours to complete the post. You can also have "friends" on here and there is a mailbox system as well. I would think of it as something like a social networking site for bloggers. I have not gone through and looked at other bloggers' profile yet, but I will eventually.

Aside from writing opportunities they have Affiliate and CPC programs. Payments from all these opportunities are paid through Paypal but you need to accumulate $50 to cash out. I hope I can do that soon. Wish me luck! And while you’re at it, why don’t you Sign up for SocialSpark?

Everything in SocialSpark is great and a Code of Ethics is in place that included the following:

100% REAL Code of Ethics
100% Real Opinions

A puppet show with gloves

It will make for an interesting item for your kid brother's birthday party or a puppet drama in school finger puppets(with fingers representing as family members, friends or animals),can be treated with any inexpensive knit glove decorated using a few additional add-ons.

Other materials required are glue, tiny pom-poms and chenille stems to make the ears and nose, bits of material that could serve as scarves or hats, paints, paint brush, scissors,etc...

Now let's get on to making the puppets. Fill the fingers of a glove with plastic wrap or any stuffing that makes the fingers stand erect while you adorn them. The stuffing will also keep the glove from sticking to itself due to the glue you will be using. Stick the pom poms and chenille stems on it so it will look like a hat. Dip a needle or the end of a small paint brush into black acrylic paint and carefully make the eyes and mouths. Now allow everything to dry. Once done, cut the bottom of the glove and the thumb to make all the fingers stand erect and represent individual characters. Carefully remove the plastic wrap filled inside the fingers before you put them on.

Now get set for a fun puppet show!

The Dancing Inmates

The Cebu Penal Colony (prison cell) which has more than thousand inmates have a new way to keep themselves busy and popular. They are popular for being known as the dancing inmates. Around five hundred inmates are in the limelight for their dance performance. Recently, the choreographer of Michael Jackson came to the Philippines to teach them the dance steps. Dancing is a good way to relieve the inmates from boredom.

Funny Thing

I hope everyone will understand the funny thing in what I'm gonna say.

First of all, let me introduce to you the location of an attached bathroom in my house. It has access from 2 rooms, ie, it has got two doors, both at opposite sides. Now, I'm sitting in one of the bedrooms which has an access to that bathroom, OK?

Now, here comes the hero of the story, my Grandma. She goes directly to the opposite bedroom in order to get into the bathroom. But she finds that the bathroom's door is locked from inside. She now comes to my bedroom [ which also has an access to the bathroom], and calls me, and goes into the bathroom through the door from my room. NOTE our position now, we are inside the bathroom where she wanted to get in!, Now she asks me to open the other door [which i said already, was locked from inside] for her. Totally confused, i stood there with a big exclamation mark and even a question mark! NOW, she goes back out of the bathroom through the door from my bedroom, goes around, gets into the other bedroom and gets into the bathroom through the other door which i had opened for her just now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you understood what the joke was! NO?? OK, then read it once again.
